Our Intermediate Level Improv Lab focuses on developing and refining core improvisation skills directly and organically. We’ll learn to use key skills from the worlds of acting, comedy, psychology, and meditation to help deepen your awareness WHILE you’re improvising.
Our curriculum will focus on core intermediate improv skills:
- Discovering/Leaning into relationships during scene work
- Allowing or discovering instead of forcing storylines or comedy
- Learning the difference between Primary & Secondary characters
- Stagecraft and the basics of space/mime work
- When and why to use various types of edits
- Developing compelling characters
- When to enter, exit, and edit scenes
