Portland, are you prepared for The Big One??? The Big One is a fully improvised show featuring a special guest monologist telling true stories from their own lives, and the performers use them as inspiration to make up scenes on the spot.

Every month features a special guest storyteller who is shaking things up in Portland alongside our rotating cast of Portland’s top improvisers, The Kickstand CVLT!

September’s guest is artist and curator, Allie Furlotti! With a background in ceramics and a passion for performance, her practice spans from uncanny installations to absurdist acts of stand-up comedy, often exploring the sacred and profane in the same breath. When she’s not manufacturing fake cakes out of architectural foam or appearing in films as “Lady #3,” she is creating immersive worlds through ILY2 Galleries in Portland, New York, and beyond.
